Returns & Refunds Policy (Digital Products & E-Books)
All products sold on our store are digital products, including downloadable e-books and online resources. Due to the nature of digital goods being delivered instantly and irrevocably upon purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been completed.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are digital and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, it cannot be revoked.
Faulty or Access Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, receive the wrong file, or encounter a technical problem, please contact us at:

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or resolve the access problem.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or failure to read the product description prior to purchase. Please ensure you review all product details carefully before completing your order.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is found to be defective, not as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with applicable law.
